Inside the Discretionary Space
In this four-session introduction to mindfulness, you will learn how to bring mindfulness into everyday life through guided practice, reflection, and discussion. Together, we will cultivate greater awareness so that our daily activities - whatever they may be - are approached with more intention, presence, and wise discretion.
The goal of this course is to provide a supportive workshop space for those interested in cultivating greater discretion in their daily lives through the practices of mindfulness and meditation.
This course will convene on Mondays, August 24, 31; September 7, and 14 at 7:00 - 8:00 a.m. EST.
