All of my work is rooted in a single question, one that has held onto me since I was fifteen years old: If I am not the self I’ve been taught to be, then who am I?
Through years of research, teaching, and practice, I have come to understand this as a learning problem. We are all shaped by what we have learned - about worth, value, and belonging - and yet beneath the Learned I lives something deeper: the I. My offerings are ways of making this shift visible and possible in practice.
